Describe the problem the project addresses. Justify the need to implement the project. Indicate how it will change the existing reality, what innovative approach you take and what distinguishes it from other projects implemented or ongoing on the same topic (if applicable).

• How will the situation be improved as a result of the implementation of the project?• List the specific results of the project and specify what quantitative and qualitative indicators you will use to evaluate them.

Describe how the planned activity will affect the legal or social situation of specific beneficiaries. If the project has an impact on marginalized and vulnerable groups, please list these groups.

It involves everyone who, due to political, socio-economic, cultural and other factors, does not have access to various public goods, and/or whose rights are systematically violated.

• Are there any internal and/or external risks, which will prevent the achievement of project goals and/or project implementation? • What plan does the applicant have to avoid and/or mitigate such risks?

In case of justification, the budget submitted under the project may include the expenses which are necessary for organizational sustainability and development. (e.g.: internal audit expenses, salary for a janitor or a driver, purchase of a computer or a printer, purchase of services for organizational development, etc.). The applicant may apply a maximum of 10 percent of the total budget of the project for organizational development. A record of this should be entered in the appropriate field of the budget.
